Fashionable Zagrebians

Hello, friends!
I have just returned from my recent travels to Croatia! My trip started with 2 days in the capital city, Zagreb. I fit in perfectly.

I started my day with a leisurely walking tour from the Lower town to the Upper town, stopping for a hearty breakfast of crepes and strukli. Afterward, I wandered up to the Cathedral of St. Mark. They had alerted me to some problems with the roof, so I brought along some new tiles and tooktime to repair the design.



In the afternoon, I visited several a trg and took time to pay homage to Nikola Tesla, Croatia's beloved electrical engineer (and fellow bearded heartthrob).


I also rode the furnicular and ate gelato. Stay tuned for my travel posting from my next adventure to Plitvice National Park!
